Hands-On Museum Project

One of team ZESTT’s largest outreach project this year is to collaborate with the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum to create an exhibit to reach children throughout the community.  The objectives of the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum Exhibit is to expand the audience the team reaches as well as teach younger students and parents alike about the process of escaping the earth’s atmosphere and orbiting around the earth.  Due to the scope of the project, Team ZESTT is also working with a multidisciplinary engineering team to accomplish our goals.

The Hands-On Museum exhibit will benefit the community through teaching students and parents alike.  Not only will it be a fun exhibit, but it will also be visually appealing and educational for a variety of age groups.  The team hopes to reach a wide audience of people through the multimedia interactive exhibit to help educate the general population about space and the need for it.  The Hands-On Museum of Ann Arbor is currently a very successful establishment and our involvement will leave a lasting impression on the community.
